Web membership terms

Your three-day trial

New web members receive three days of access to all current web membership features. A payment method is required. One trial per web member. Your trial begins when you complete Stripe checkout; account creation alone does not start a trial.

Price and renewal

At the end of the trial, your chosen plan automatically renews at US$30 per month or US$150 per year until canceled. Annual membership is charged as one US$150 payment, not monthly installments. Stripe checkout shows your plan and first billing date before you confirm. Returning members who already had a membership do not receive another trial.

Cancel or manage

Sign in to Membership and select Manage membership to cancel or update your subscription. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end date shown in billing management. For payment or refund questions, contact us.

Your practice

Membership includes the current thirty-day program, guided breathing, postures, and meditation. Practice progress and intentions are stored in your browser and do not sync between devices. le flo is a general wellness practice, not medical care. Choose comfortable movements and breathing, and stop if you feel unwell.

These terms apply to website subscriptions. Apple manages subscriptions purchased within the iPhone app; web membership does not automatically unlock it.
