Your practice data

The current iPhone app stores intentions, practice history, and preferences on your device. The browser practice and website intention demo store their data in your browser. These records do not synchronize between devices and are not sent to Nervarah as part of saving your practice. We do not integrate with Apple Health or use advertising or cross-app tracking in the current app.

Voice and reminders

Spoken guidance uses prerecorded audio. le flo does not record your microphone. If you permit notifications, the iPhone app can schedule local practice reminders. You can disable these in your device settings.

Accounts and membership

Where website registration is available, Netlify Identity processes your email address and authentication information to sign you in and support account recovery. We use account identifiers and subscription status to determine member access. Your private practice entries remain stored locally.

Web checkout is currently being prepared and is not open for live purchases. When enabled, Stripe will process payments and billing details. Nervarah receives subscription and transaction information needed to provide membership and support; we do not receive your full payment-card details. Any purchases offered inside the iPhone app are processed by Apple. TestFlight test purchases do not charge you.

Website hosting and support

Netlify hosts this website and may process request information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times to serve and secure it. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message to respond. Please avoid sending sensitive health information.

How information is used and shared

We use information to provide the service, authenticate members, manage access and billing, respond to requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Service providers process information for these purposes. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-app targeted advertising. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Storage, retention, and your choices

Local practice data remains until removed from your device or browser. Clearing this site's browser storage removes saved browser entries and preferences. Deleting the iPhone app removes its local data; device backups are governed by your Apple settings. Nervarah cannot remotely retrieve or delete practice entries stored only on your device.

Account, support, and billing records are retained as needed to provide the service, resolve requests, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable recordkeeping requirements. Providers may process information outside your country. No storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by Nervarah, email kris@nervarah.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy, or complain to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your request and may retain records required by law.

Children

le flo is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

Changes and provider information

We will update this page when our practices change, including before adding materially different account, coaching, or payment features. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
