A story for people who have never sat still on purpose
I wasn’t looking
for a practice.
I was looking for
a little space.
One ordinary morning I found getleflo.com. Cream paper. A few honest sentences. No fireworks. This is the story of that first sit — and an invitation to try one of your own.
Ten to fifteen minutes a day on getleflo.com. Two minutes, if you begin here. Or read the story.

A small beginning.
01 / The rush
You already know
this morning.
The alarm is not a beginning. It is a debt. You pay it with your thumb, scrolling before your feet have found the floor. Coffee is fuel. The inbox is weather. Somewhere between the kettle and the first meeting, a quieter thought arrives:
There has to be another way to start a day.
You do not want a retreat in another country. You do not want a new personality. You do not want to empty your mind — you are not even sure what that would mean. You want a little space. Fifteen minutes that belong to you, and a way to return to them tomorrow.

02 / The search
Meditation, as it is sold,
can feel like a club.
Lotus. Perfect silence. Forty-five minutes you do not have. An app that congratulates you with fireworks. A teacher who has already arrived, speaking as if you should have too.
I had tried, in the way people try. I sat on the edge of the bed and waited to become someone else. The thoughts did not leave. I decided I was bad at it, which is a very efficient way to never begin.
Then a small page. getleflo.com. Cream paper. A few words, set as if someone had finally stopped shouting:
Less rush. More flow.
A little space, every day
No perfect posture. No empty mind required. Begin where you are. I recognized myself in the refusal.
03 / The find
What le flo
actually is.
le flo is a gentle thirty-day practice of intention, breath, posture, and meditation. Ten to fifteen minutes, depending on the practice lengths you choose. One morning at a time. You can practice in your browser today.
You write a few words of intention and save them to a calendar. You follow an easy breath. You meet the body with a little posture. You sit. Optional spoken guidance, a focused timer, your own pace, saved progress. At the end of the month you can read the words back and notice what mattered.
What you are buying is not a personality. It is a sequence to return to, so you do not have to invent a practice from scratch every morning.

Four small steps
A rhythm to return to.
No perfect posture. No empty mind required. le flo is a thirty-day sequence you can meet in ten to fifteen minutes — intention, breath, a little movement, then a sit.
01 / INTENTION
Intention
Make a little space.
A few words. Not a goal, a direction. How would you like to meet the next quarter-hour?
02 / BREATHE
Breathe
Follow an easy rhythm.
Not a technique you have to master. An ordinary inhale, an ordinary exhale. Something to come back to.
03 / MOVE
Move
Meet your body gently.
A little posture before you sit. You are not being asked for a perfect shape — only to arrive in the body you have.
04 / MEDITATE
Meditate
Stay with this moment.
A timer. Optional spoken guidance. When the mind wanders, you return. That is the whole practice.
Start the thirty days
Make room for your practice.
Guided breathing, postures, and meditation. Ten to fifteen minutes, one day at a time.
04 / Sit with me
Before you join anything,
begin here.
This is the free first sitting. Write a few words. Notice a breath. Stay for two minutes. If it feels like a door, le flo is the room on the other side.
How would you like to meet today?
Let the intention be a direction, not another thing to achieve. A few words is enough.
Your words stay on this device. Nothing is sent away.
Two minutes is a complete practice.
A chair is enough. Soften your gaze, or close your eyes. When a thought arrives — and it will — notice it, then feel the next breath. The returning is the meditation.
Notice an ordinary breath. You do not need to deepen it, count it, or make it special.
2:00
Welcome back. Feel this breath.
05 / Thirty days
The point is not to become
a person who meditates.
The point is to have a place to return. Some mornings will be busy. Some will feel like nothing. Both count. le flo does not ask you to collect streaks or outperform yesterday. It asks you to show up for a short, sequential practice, then go on with your day.
A practice. A pause. A page of your own.

If you want company for that return, the thirty-day program is on getleflo.com. If you only wanted to know whether you could sit at all — you just did.
